With more than 60 years of experience in solid wood bending, Italcurvati manufactures a wide range of curved elements for chairs, tables, furniture and furniture accessories, guaranteeing products with high performance in terms of quality and durability. The wood bending process is constantly updated and innovated to meet customers’ needs, thanks to customized machinery and molds developed in-house.
According to customers’ needs, the production cycle is completed from the milling stage, performed with numerically controlled machines, to the production of assembled semi-finished and painted finished products. Italcurvati also offers a comprehensive support service that covers all stages of design: from feasibility study, budgeting, specific bending advice, CAD design, to the production of small series and standard batches.

Italcurvati LAB is a new range of services available to designers to develop projects involving the use of curved wood elements.
The support of our engineers during the design phase aims to explore different opportunities and identify the most suitable essence, based on the desired characteristics of the final product and the required bending radii. Once the design is finalized, executive drawings are made, which are then used to produce either a few samples or large series.
