NEW PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT AT THE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS.
Installation of a photovoltaic plant positioned on the roof and aimed at producing energy from renewable sources for the company’s own consumption. The photovoltaic system will present a planned peak power of 297.825 kWp and will be intended to produce electricity in alternating current of three-phase type in connection with the medium voltage distribution network.
Eligible expenditure: 624,160.00 euros
Granted contribution: 250,000.00 euros (of which EU:100,000.00 euros)

The company carefully considered the possibility of carrying out an intervention aimed at introducing an energy-efficient cogeneration system into the company’s production process, and to this end requested Studio Bodigoi to carry out a timely analysis of the company’s de facto situation from the point of view of energy needs (electrical and thermal) and the stages of the production process.
The design (broadly understood as the preparation of an overall project that from the analysis of the factual situation and, through also a simulation of the technical variables and financial flows, leads to the actual executive design of the plant), in addition to optimizing the energy yield of the plant, analyzed and studied an innovative system capable of achieving economic savings of the investment compared to a traditional plant.
Through this intervention, the company planned to achieve energy-saving goals (in terms of lower requirements from external sources of both electrical and thermal energy), economic savings (in terms of absolute savings in costs related to energy utilities), and environmental savings (in terms of reduced pollutant gas and CO2 emissions).
